Luckie Losers (Wit Da Homies)
Project For Luckie Losers
The Luckie Losers brand happened upon my work on Instagram and messaged me to work on a large project. They mentioned they wanted an updated version of the early 90’s cartoon movie Bébé's Kids. It would be 10 kids total, five boys and five girls. In most of my cartooning it’s important I always show my sense of humor, especially with this project. I also wanted to show much of the African American culture, style, expression, creativity and all of its sensibilities as well. The end result was something nostalgic yet hip for anyone to enjoy. Currently an online animation series is in development as well, moving beyond the realms of apparel design.
